Return/Refund Policy

This Return / Refund policy applies only to www.hubcapcomedyfestival.ca HubCap Comedy Festival de l’humour Inc.(herein after referred to as HCF) the operator of this website and www.hubcappromotions.ca and HubCap Promotions, a division of HubCap Comedy Festival, (herein after referred to as HCP). HCF / HCP along with its officers, directors, employees, clients, contractors and subcontractors are required to honour this Return/Refund Policy Statement.

Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

We trust you will be happy with your purchase; however, we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to discuss your purchase. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason please contact us immediately at 1 (888) 855-8522 or via email at info@hubcapcomedyfestival.ca with the details.

For each purchase you will have the opportunity to review our return, refund and cancellation policies in detail prior to completing your payment.

Event Tickets:

There will be no refunds available for event show tickets purchased unless the event show is cancelled by the producer. Exchanges of tickets are at the discretion of the producer, based on availability and timeliness of advance request.

Registration:

There will be no refunds or exchanges available for event registration fees unless the event is cancelled by the producer.

Merchandise:

We trust you will be happy with your purchase; however, we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product, then please contact us immediately at 1 (888) 855-8522 with the details of your request.

We will only arrange to exchange or refund of goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Items:

Your items are shipped with insurance, so if the goods arrive damaged please advise us immediately by email or telephone for instructions on arranging a return, refund or replacement of the items.

Refunds for the return of damaged goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the items.
